Our Team
All of our tradesmen have relevant carpentry qualifications and plant operation certification and are working towards achievement of consistently monitored training plans to help them and the company meet agreed objectives. We regularly provide tool box talks to ensure that all staff are kept up-to-date on sustainability matters, health and safety issues, trade skills and a wide range of other topics. Our contracts managers have all attended SMSTS (site managers safety training scheme) course.
We have a rolling programme of apprenticeship recrutiment which ensures that we continually bring new skills into the company and is key to the sustainability of our business.
In addition, all of our site based staff have achieved CSCS cards appropriate to the jobs they carry out and we have been awarded a CSCS Platinum Certificate in recognition of the high level of competence of our workforce.
