Training isn’t limited to our own employees either. We partner with Cambridge based SmartLIFE, to deliver courses promoting the benefits of modern methods of construction as well as training operatives to install them.

Our dedicated training manager ensures that every one of our permanent qualified trades-people, regular, trusted sub-contractors and apprentices continues to build self esteem and know-how through efficient, relevant, quality training.
